At Kronbergs Flags and Flagpoles, we take pride in our craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your flag or hardware does not meet your expectations, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in original, unused condition with all packaging intact; please note that custom-made flags and used flagpoles are non-returnable.

• 2.
  Request Authorization

  Contact our customer service team via email or phone to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any products back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Package Securely

  Pack your items carefully in their original box, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the package to ensure efficient processing.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Send your return to our Houston facility using a trackable shipping method; once received and inspected, we will issue your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
